There are several people that manage many of the different aspects of the convention please feel free to contact the appropriate person for your question or comment.

Sean Martinez

Sean is responsible for the entire convention, overseeing everything from location, guests, and business issues. If you are wanting to be a dealer, or a guest at the convention please contact Sean. Also, contact Sean if you have unique registration or event needs.

Jill Martinez

Sean's wife who assists him in the primary responsibilities of the convention, specifically coordinating with the hotel, seeing that guest needs are met, and managing the overall morale of the convention.

Martin Dessart

Martin is the webmaster for the convention website, and oversees the online presence of the convention. During the convention he helps manage events, game sessions, assists with registration, and makes sure everything is running smoothly.

Alisha Polkowsky

Alisha's prime responsibility is the promotion of the convention. When not doing that she coordinates with gaming (and other) vendors who want to sponsor the convention. She's the one that makes sure there is a plenty for sale at the charity auction.

Ruby Maness

Ruby oversees everything about the Anime track at RoundCon. Collecting prizes for the scavenger hunt, establishing the schedule, and running the room during the weekend. Any anime related requests should be sent to her.

George "Buddy" Harris

Buddy manages all aspects of RPGA gaming for RoundCon. Any RPGA questions should be directed to Buddy first.
