There will be open board gaming as well as scheduled board gaming events. There will be plenty more to do as well. You'll find the full break down of what is being offered at RoundCon 2008 below.

The core offering of RoundCon is, of course, gaming. We will have RGPA & Non-RPGA table top RPGs available, a LARP, lots of board gaming some of which will be scheduled, and the rest that will be open. If you are interested in running a game please go to the members section and login with your forum account. From there you'll see the form to submit your game to us for approval. Remember: If you are approved to run three sessions or more you get free admittance to the convention!

The majority of gaming at RoundCon operates on a session system like many other conventions. RoundCon runs games over the course of the weekend in seven sessions. To the right is the session schedule.

RPGA: RPGA events are managed by the RPGA Coordinator. If you have specific questions in regards to what RPGA modules will be available or have an RPGA request (such as module requests or request to judge a session) please contact the coordinator. Pre-registration for RPGA sessions can be done through the members section when we make that option available.

Below is the currently list of modules that will be available at RoundCon 2008 (NOTE: This list is currently tentative, there maybe changes in what is available as the convention approaches).

Other Events
We will have several other events throughout the convention that don't fit nicely into any particular category. Some of these events are open through out the weekend; others are scheduled events for specific time blocks. Please make sure to check the details so you don't miss anything.

Charity Auction - As usual we will have a charity auction to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Items up for sale at the auction will be available for viewing about half an hour before the auction begins. Auction items include product from various gaming vendors. In the past we have items from Wizards of the Coast, Steve Jackson Games, Cheapass Games, and others. Convention dealers will also donate a particularly nice item or two to the auction as well. Over the past several years RoundCon has collected well over $10,000 from the auction to benefit Make-A-Wish.

Dealers Room (All Weekend) - There will be a dealers room that will be open during most of the convention. Please see the master schedule for times that the room is open. RoundCon strives to provide a large variety of dealers for convention members including various game dealers, costume makers, sword dealers, and more.

Dealers Room Hours:
Friday (4PM - 9PM)
Saturday (10AM - 2PM) and (3PM - 8PM)
Sunday (10AM - 2PM)
